I am SUPER excited that I'm entering my third year as one of your Assistant Principal’s at Hanna Springs!  I BELIEVE in every student we have and their success!  It’s going to be a fantastic school year!!!

 

To share a little bit of my history… I’ve served in the United States Navy, worked in the corporate world, and in 2010, I took a leap of faith and started an exciting path in education – which I absolutely love and enjoy!  While in Humble ISD, I taught 4th and 5th grade Math, served as grade chair for both grade levels, coordinated the Gifted & Talented and English as a Second Language programs for my campus, served as the Campus Testing Coordinator, and held a district-level position of Lead Coordinator for Student Assessment.  In June 2022, I joined Lampasas ISD as one of Hanna Springs' Assistant Principals, and I LOVE it!

 

I received my undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Communication from the University of Houston – Downtown, and my graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. 

 

I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Chad, for 17 years, and we have two beautiful Italian Mastiffs – Bruno and Dolly.
