I started at Hanna Springs as a teacher many moons ago.  I am excited to be back at "home" doing what I love, which is working with our future.

 

I am in my 26th year of education.  I was born and raised in Bend, just west of town.  I graduated from Lometa ISD where I participated in FFA and 4-H.  I live on a ranch and enjoy my Boer goats and Dorper sheep.  

 

I have experience in a lot of roles as an educator.  I have been a Teacher, RTI Coordinator, Librarian, Counselor, Assistant Principal and Principal.  I have been at elementary, junior high, and high school levels.  These experiences have given me an open mind to many situations families face.  

 

I want to see all students grow up believing in a dream and putting for the work to reach it.  It's my job to make sure they have the resilience and mindset to work towards their dream.
